Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Esther Tang, the founder of HeartSpace Wellness and a proud mother of two beautiful girls. My journey into wellness has been anything but linear—it’s been shaped by moments of feeling lost, finding my way, and rediscovering myself. It was on the day I turned 40 that I found clarity, my true calling in wellness, and I’ve never looked back since.
My wellness journey began with meditation, which sparked a profound inner shift. A yoga teacher training course, taken as a personal challenge, deepened my connection to wellness. Along the way, I discovered not only a love for yoga’s philosophy and history but also its power to bridge wellness and psychology in meaningful ways.
Growing up, I witnessed my mother’s struggles with peri-menopause—a time when open conversations and resources were scarce. Recently, my research into peri-menopause revealed how many women still feel helpless, frustrated, and uninformed. This strengthened my resolve to create a space where women, families, and corporate teams can access the support, tools, and understanding they need at every stage of life.
At HeartSpace Wellness, I believe wellness is about more than physical health—it’s about nurturing the mind, body, and soul while embracing the joy of life. Through small, intentional steps, we can create meaningful shifts in how we live and connect with ourselves and others.
My mission is to inspire people to reconnect with themselves, find balance, and embrace their full potential. At the same time, I believe in the power of fun—wellness is about living fully, laughing freely, and savoring every moment. Through HeartSpace Wellness, I hope to help you move joyfully, live mindfully, and discover beauty in every step of your journey.

It was my first time trying prental yoga and Esther was very warm and welcoming! She paid attention to everyone's form and went around to correct us when needed and always checked in if everyone was doing okay. Pace of the class was manageable and the exercises done provided a good stretch and relaxation!
